I don’t know who needs to hear this but not every hard moment has a lesson.
Not every setback comes with a silver lining. Sometimes, life just sucks, and that’s it.
We’re so quick to slap meaning onto pain, to dig for some kind of “growth” in the mess. But what if it’s okay to just sit with it? To admit that some days are heavy, and no amount of deep breathing or gratitude lists will fix it?
It doesn’t mean we’re ungrateful. It means we’re human.
